Paneer Bharta
I had been waiting for long to create my own blog and finally here i am nearly after 2 years from my Delivery. I Know its been late and time to join back work again. But all this time i enjoyed cooking a lot. I was just a basic cook and while i was working i had a cook. So i never tried any new and good recipes ever. In these 2 years, i have made and learnt so many dishes and i really enjoyed doing so. Thanks to all the Foodie Bloggers and Pakistani Channel "Masala TV" who were the real source of inspiration and ofcourse not a forget my dear husband Vijay for whom i always wanted to cook something really gourmet.
Paneer Bharta is a dish i can eat anything and even if served alone without rice or parathas. I learnt this from my Bhabi (my brother-in-laws wife) and had made it on out first anniversary. It made our day. If you have enough milk and want to try something new, then you can surely try this. Or if u have paneer and want to make something gourmet in a jiffy, then this is the right choice for you.I am sure you will enjoy it.
