Garlicy Bok Choy
Bok choy is a common vegetable in Chinese cuisine but it's not as common in Indian cooking.
It has a light, sweet flavor; crisp texture; and a high nutritional value. Not only is bok choy high in Vitamins A, C and calcium, but it is low in calories. An added benefit is that recipes often call for them to be cooked whole, reducing preparation time.
Here in Indonesia, Chinese population is huge and so all Chinese vegetables are commonly available and i try nd make most use of it ;).This is a must in my menu every week for lunch and for a changes my husband loves it(he is very choosy).
