Moong Dal with Coconut Milk
One of my favorite dal which can go well with plain chappati or with pulao. I saw this recipe on Masala TV(Pakistani food channel) and instantly like it. I tried it the same day and it was a hit with my husband.
It is so simple but gives a rich taste because of the coconut milk.Sometimes when i not in a mood to cook much but still don't want to disappoint everyone i make this dal and pulao. No Curry needed ;)
